Registrant Fee includes: Expo & Welcome Reception, three general sessions, choice of four of 24 breakout sessions, best practices panel discussions, extensive handout materials, three continental breakfasts, one lunch and one ticket to the awards dinner party.
Guest Fee includes: Expo & Welcome Reception, three general sessions, three continental breakfasts, one lunch, all refreshment breaks and one ticket to the awards dinner party. Our reduced guest fee is limited to one guest per paid registrant. The guest fee is limited to spouses, significant others, and children over 18 years of age. This reduced fee is not for co-workers or credit union staff.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted less a $75 processing fee for cancellations received on or before March 9, 2012. No refunds will be granted after March 9, 2012. There are no refunds for guest fees. Substitutions are always welcome.

Attendees have 3 hotel choices. Special discounted group rates are guaranteed for bookings before MARCH 26, 2012. You MUST indicate that you are with the TEXAS CREDIT UNION LEAGUE ANNUAL MEETING in order to receive the group hotel discount.

CPE Credits
TCUL is registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the State Registry of CPE Sponsors. The state board of accountancy has final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) may earn up to 10.5 continuing education credits (CPE) for the 2012 Texas Credit Union League Annual Meeting. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required. Grant Assistance
Visit the TCUF website (www.tcuf.coop) or call (800) 953-8283 for Texas Credit Union Foundation (TCUF) educational assistance. Grant requests must be received by the quarterly application deadline.
