Registrant Fee includes: Expo & Welcome Reception, three general sessions, choice of four of 28 breakout sessions, best practices panel discussions, extensive handout materials, two continental breakfasts and all refreshment breaks.

Guest Fee includes: Expo & Welcome Reception, three general sessions, three continental breakfasts and all refreshment breaksOur reduced guest fee is limited to one guest per paid registrant. The guest fee is limited to spouses, significant others, and children over 18 years of age. This reduced fee is not for co-workers or credit union staff.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will be granted less a $200 processing fee for cancellations received on or before August , 2011. No refunds will be granted after August 9, 2011. There are no refunds for guest fees. Substitutions are always welcome.

Plan to listen to credit union professionals as they share their best practices and successes in four areas that are specifically intended to provide you with solutions and the opportunity to bring questions and comments, discuss your concerns/challenges and offer solutions to your peers on topics that are significant to your credit union. Best Practices Panels on community credit union growth, consumer/mortgage lending, technology and effective staff incentives are being offered for your convenience, facilitated by professionals on each of the topics.

CPE Credits
