Cancellation Policy
Texas GAC Cancellation Policy: Substitutions are welcome at any time. No refunds.
Member Meeting & Expo Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted less a $200 processing fee for cancellations received on or before March 8, 2013. No refunds will be granted after March 8, 2013. There are no refunds for guest registration or guest program fees. Substitutions are always welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: A one night room and tax deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the one night room and tax deposit.
